THE SINGLE GOURMET DINING CLUB ELEVATES THE TRADITIONAL METHODS FOR MEETING OTHERS
Single Gourmet takes the process of meeting other singles to a new level by providing a service where single men and women from Chicago and the surrounding areas can come together to savor the pleasures of fine dining, fun-filled events and exciting travel. The setting is friendly and relaxed with directors introducing participants to one another and faciliting small group conversation.

The Chicagoland chapter offers singles the opportunity to meet and socialize while dining together at a wide variety of exciting city and suburban restaurants. Additional events include cruises, wine tastings, visits to private clubs, sports events, theme parties and both domestic and international travel. An innovative alternative to the traditional singles scene, The Single Gourmet, provides events that are comfortable, and with a membership in excess of 1,000, there are always new people to meet.

OUR EVENTS
A diverse selection of dinners and events are offered once or twi
ce a week on both weekends and weeknights and are listed in our newsletter which will be sent via e-mail beginning January 2009 (or view our calendar of events on this site). At each event, participants are greeted personally upon arrival by Single Gourmet directors. Events are designed to provide general mixing and smaller group conversation. On a typical evening, members are invited to arrive 45 minutes prior to dinner for an optional reception and the opportunity to mingle and meet one another. Tables are typically arranged to seat approximately eight to ten diners each. During the course of the meal, interesting and appealing selections are served while diners have the opportunity to become better acquainted with one another. After the dinner, many events offer entertainment, dancing or other opportunities to socialize.
