Directions from Chicago: 94 west towards Wisconsin. Exit at Lake Avenue West. West on Lake Avenue to Patriot Boulevard. Right at Patriot to restaurant on left at northwest corner of Navy and Patriot.

Restaurant is on the 1st floor of the Park View Hotel, across from Lincoln Park and the Lincoln Park Zoo.

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 20

$59.00 - Includes dinner, tax and gratuity. Payment due August 13. Valet parking available. Dinner includes a Salad, choice of Flat Iron Steak with Melted Leeks, Wild Mushrooms and Cracked Pepper Bordalaise or Salmon with Tomatoes, Fennel, Capers and Black Olive Vinaigrette, and Dessert.

ARLINGTON PARK RACE COURSE - A DAY AT THE RACES WITH BRUNCH, OPEN BAR & AFTERNOON OF RACING ACTION (For a terrific Sunday, enjoy Arlington in luxury with an all-inclusive brunch in the richly appointed International Room with great views of the racing action both indoors and out).  

2200  W. Euclid Avenue, Arlington Heights (at Wilke Road). Use the Grandstand Entrance at Wilke Road. Tickets will be distributed at entrance. Look for Single Gourmet sign. Latecomers can pick-up tickets at the will-call window. Event takes place in International Room.

Directions from Chicago: 90 West to Route 53 North (or 290 west which merges into Route 53 north). Continue north on Route 53. Exit at Euclid Avenue East. Turn left into Grandstand Entrance on Wilke Road.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 24

12:00-12:30 Check-In - 12:30 Brunch Served and Open Bar Begins in the International Room (4th Floor) - 1:00 Post Time

$75.00 (all inclusive) plus $8 late fee for reservations after August 20 - Includes admission, Daily Racing Guide, 2-hour buffet, 4-hour open bar, thoroughbred racing, tax and gratuity. Payment for ticket due at time of reservation. Complimentary general parking in lot. Preferred parking at additional cost.

PLEASE NOTE DRESS CODE: Proper attire is required for admittance. Suggested attire is business casual. Jeans, shorts, t-shirts, athletic shoes, abbreviated attire, men's sandals and casual flip-flops are strictly prohibited.

6:00-9:00 Cocktail Party in the VIP Sub 51 (Lower Level), Live Music to Follow

$49.00 - Includes two hour open beer and wine bar (6:00-8:00), passed gourmet appetizers, entertainment by a DJ, tax and gratuity. Payment due August 28. Valet parking available. Also included are a side of Penne Pasta with Sicilian Cherry Tomato Sauce and dessert of Ricotta Puffs. A glass of glass of red and white wine also accompanies the meal.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 12

3:00 Patio Reception - 4:00 Dinner - Optional Oktoberfest Events in Downtown area (beginning around noon)

$55.00 - Includes dinner, tax and gratuity. Payment due October 6. Lot parking. Overnight accommodations with continental breakfast available (Sunday night) at Best Western Harbor Shores for a discounted rate of $75. Please call 888-746-7371 and mention Single Gourmet. A shuttle will be available to transport hotel guests to and from restaurant. Directions to Best Western Harbor Shores: From Highway 50, travel into town and turn left on Center (Starbucks and post office on corner). Travel 2 blocks. Veer left on Wrigley Drive to 300 Wrigley Drive (next to Gilbert's Mansion). Optional walking tour of mansions surrounding the lake on Monday morning for those staying overnight.
